| Air Volume
Controls:
Ensures the proper balance of air to water in standard pressurized water storage tanks, by preventing waterlogging of the tank. |

| The unit prolongs pump life by reducing
frequent cycling, thus reducing associated system maintenance costs. As well, the air
volume control allows increased draw down between pump starts. Another feature of the air
volume control is the ability to add fresh ambient air to aid in the elimination of
unwanted taste and odors in water. Air volume controls are available in both repairable
zinc castings and non-repairable steel stampings to fit a variety of tank sizes. The
stamping is zinc plated over a low carbon steel and used primarily in areas where poor
water conditions in the water do not affect longevity of the component. The repairable air
volume control is cast from 98 percent zinc material with a replacement parts kit
available. The kit includes diaphragm, springs, cap seal and ball check. This component is
ideal when poor water conditions mentioned above affect longevity of the part in certain
geographic locations.

| Deep Well Air

| Maintains balanced air volume in standard
air-over water storage tanks when using submersible pumps. Releases all excess air above
"user adjustable" release pressure. The component provides an auxiliary 1/4 inch
NPT port for mounting a pressure gauge. Component is injection molded from ABS resin to
avoid deterioration from prolonged contact with water, also making the component
non-conductive. Unique float and arm design maintains buoyancy under even most adverse
conditions. Air release works in conjunction with check valve and bleeder orifice to
protect the pump by reducing pump cycling. Complete installations instructions included
with each unit.

| Check Valves:

| Brady Check Valves are used to prevent backflow
and loss of prime in water well, irrigation, and sprinkler systems, and may be used in
many other applications as long as the fluid being used is compatible with the valve
materials. Made from Acetal resin plastic, they are lead free, non-corrosive,
non-conductive, and will outlast and outperform many metal valves. They are ideal for new
systems, or as replacements in virtually any water delivery application. Available in
standard or spring loaded.

Foot Valves consist of a line check valve described above, along with a strainer and are commonly used at the opening of a pump suction line. |

| They are used in open water applications such
as well casings, drawing water from a lake, canal or pond, or when pumping water from a
holding tank such as a cistern. The foot valve serves a dual purpose by providing added
filtering of the water an also holding the prime in the pump head.

The Brady Pump Perfect is environmentally safe, and designed to provide added protection to the submersible pump and supply system from abrasive contaminants found in sand pumping wells, ponds or waterways. The Pump Perfect slotted screen design provides the proper flow of water as it is being pumped past the submersible motor for adequate cooling to the enclosed pump. Available in 4 inch schedule 40 PVC in five and ten foot lengths standard, slot sizes are .010 inch and .040 inch standard. The discharge cone accommodates 1 1/4 inch IPS. | |

| Made from virgin PVC, all screens may be used
in potable water applications. With a variety of slot sizes and end types, screens are
available in diameters from 1 inch to 12 inches, schedules 40, 80, and class 160. Lengths
up to 20 feet, with custom slot sizes and patterns available.

| Install a Brady No-Nok Water Hammer Arrestor
upstream of all quick closing devices on washing machines, dishwashers, lavatories,
kitchen sinks, flush valves and sprinkling systems. The Brady No-Nok is factory charged to
22 PSIG and charge pressure may be increased with a hand pump. However, it is recommended
that charge pressure not be higher than 5 PSIG below system pressure. To stop water hammer
noise in an existing water system or to prevent noise in a new one, choose the Brady
No-Nok. It is simple, easy to install, inexpensive, and it works.

Fittings and information for assisting in the installation of a shallow water well. Installation is accomplished by washing down a well point without the use of drilling equipment. Designed to fit 2 inch and 3/4 inch plastic pipe. Complete instructions are included with each kit. |

Pressure Gauge and Pressure Test Gauge:

| The Standard Pressure Gauge (above right)
accurately measures water pressure from 0 to 100 PSI. The gauge features an easy to read
dial and a 1/4 inch NPT male thread fitting. The Pressure Test Gauge (above left) assembly includes a 3/4 inch male hose bib. The gauge may be connected to an outside faucet, end of garden hose, or any 3/4 inch male hose bib. Can be used to verify pressure in an existing water system, or may be used to check if leaks are present in a new system. The swivel connection allows for positioning of the dial for easy reading. |
